How did you paint this, did you use hairspray technique? It looks very good.

Patrik - Didn't use hairspray - I've used AK Interactive (Heavy Chipping) on an earlier armor vehicle (Sd. 232) - On the Pz IV I applied a primer using AV Vallejo Surface Primer (German Panzer Grey). I mixed or blended several Tamiya Colors (Acrylic) to get an early DAK color Braun and used an airbrush to spray an over coat varying amounts to the surface allowing the German Gray to still show through. Went back over using a brush and applied a thinned AV Vallejo Model Color German Grey and Sand Colors. The website Deutsches-Afrika-Korps - Thema anzeigen - Which Pz IVs were hybrid D/E has several color plates which helped out - noted vehicle number 812 was researched and mention. Posted a few more photos with track installed. Already applied filter, next up finish jerry cans and applied an AK Interactive DAK wash (AK066).

Finish Panzer IV Ausf. D - Vehicle 832 - noted engine, transmission, and crew hatches are left open with mostly a full interior detail. Use several weathering washes and pigments from either MIG or AK Interactive products.
