Put down the interior color, painted some box black, and my first attempt at oil washing. I for sure need more practice but like the result. The center portion is still waiting for paint to dry before gloss coating and weathering. I also glued the tail section on.

Progress!!! Well I've actually been picking away at everything and I probably should have taken a picture of the completed interior. Fuselage and wing pieces are being glued together. Some items I NEED to get are clamps and the extra thin cement. It looks so easy in all the YouTube videos! Hopefully I don't have too bad of a seam.

I got the wings connected to the fuselage but while drying the wings separated at the roots. I used super glue to join the sections and sanded smooth. Sadly I'm left with this recessed part now, and I don't know what to do about it.

The fuselage also split. I'm frustrated now and decided to stop for the day. It will be there tomorrow.

Hello jwt708, with the step on the wing I can only see filling, sanding and restoring the panel lines.
With the glue on the fuselage: I would first try to re-glue the fuselage with a low-viscosity glue (plastic or superglue) and fix it with clamps. Don't forget to clean the glued area as well as possible (the loosened seam is exactly the painted area in picture 2). If this is not enough to close the gap completely: see above.

The problem with using superglue is that it does not chemically react with the plastic the way plastic cement does. It needs something to "grip" on to and the smooth surface of the plastic does not supply this. Additionally, superglue degrades with time and becomes brittle.
