Hello jwt708, with the step on the wing I can only see filling, sanding and restoring the panel lines.
With the glue on the fuselage: I would first try to re-glue the fuselage with a low-viscosity glue (plastic or superglue) and fix it with clamps. Don't forget to clean the glued area as well as possible (the loosened seam is exactly the painted area in picture 2). If this is not enough to close the gap completely: see above.

The problem with using superglue is that it does not chemically react with the plastic the way plastic cement does. It needs something to "grip" on to and the smooth surface of the plastic does not supply this. Additionally, superglue degrades with time and becomes brittle.
