Alec KShiny yes, but a funny story: when I first got this kit as a kid I thought it was white (based on the box art). I remember being pretty disappointed that is was not 🙁

Łukasz Gliński@Gordon: Thanks, but it's rather to simulate alu paint, NMF wasn't popular in the Eastern Europe as much as it was in the West😉
@Alec: Nice story, I never thought of it this way. LOL 😄 I love these vintage boxarts by Mr. Velc and want to finish most of my old KP kits basing on them. Even though they're often inaccurate or even fictional (see MiG-15UTI) 🙂

Alec KAgreed. There is a lot of nostalgia associated with the original KP kits, myself included. Interesting to see it spill also to our neighbors 🙂. I do have most of it in my stash but lack the resolve to build them 😄 😄 😄. I do have the CS-199 in its new incarnation, and your build just moved it up in the queue😉

@Alec: I got all of them, what I always dreamt of 🙂 I was thinking of building each of them together with its modern equivalent, but I decided I have not enough space for that 😄

Łukasz GlińskiFinished! I get better with rigging (MiG by Uschi 0.2mm this time), but had problems with some decal edges, UV cut varnish seem to react with them (a bit visible around the tailfin roundel) even through 2 layers of GX gloss 🙁
PS. Do you like the background more than the hangar?

Alec KLooks great! The background is very cool, but, you HAVE to do at least a few hanger pics, for continuity's sake😉
