This kit was an impulse buy at the hobby shop. Fitment was great. Details are fine and robust - many panel lines stood up to filing and sanding. I ended up buying 3rd party details as I went along.

The radio antenna was flimsy, broke off and flew to never never land. I made a new one from plastic sheet and it's very sturdy. The plastic machine gun barrels are also flimsy. I replaced them with Master brass barrels. I screwed up the kit landing gear covers trying to get them thin enough and bought replacements by QuickBoost.

I was going to go heavier on weathering but once I had the glossy blue paint down I fell in love, and kept the weathering quick and simple. The kit was a blast.
