@ Frank Krause: 1945 yes and with the Enola Gay in the background it makes you think. These helicopters have been in service since 1944 but mostly operational in the Pacific area. England had about 450 of them but kept them mainly for training purposes.

@Florian H: There is a lot of flash and i needed to cut off the parts using my resin saw. It's not an easy kit to build regarding the cleaning up and sanding/fitting of parts. But when it will be finished it will be a most recomforting model that is rather strange in modelling land. Oh and you better rebuild the complete tail section as shown on one of the pictures.

Hi Erwin, thanks for your answer. I saw the picture of the tailboom you have scratched, looking very nice 🙂 Maybe you can scratch one more for my kit 😄
It is definetly not a model you see on every corner 🙂 keep on going 👍
