RF-32821 Василий Меркулов, made with self-desigend decal.
To print the decal, I purchased a blank decal paper from Taobao(a Chinese online shopping website) and printed it with a laser printer. After printing, I covered the decal with transparent paint and waited for it dry. Then the decal is ready to go.
