what is this plane?

This one was built by my late grandad in France probably just before the war. Any idea what plane it is? Wood, metal and plastic. It vaguely looks like a Boeing B9 or a Martin B10.

That's a B-10.

Thanks for the confirmation John, I wasn't too sure because the front turret wasn't built how it was supposed to be. I'll do some mild restoration and put it on a wall for display. Almost a century old now.

Brilliant that you have your Grandad's model still. He was clearly a very skilled man who would have put a lot of effort into making it.

Thanks Richie and Ben. I just repaired and cleaned it. Fun to see what the pre plastic kits looked like. Nice to have a memory from my grandad and childhood too. It's back on a wall now, just the way it always has been.
