Very nice night fighter. It is interesting to me how different this aircraft looks between the Mk.I and the Mk.IV versions. Great weathering on a black aircraft - a challenging paint scheme.

Congratulations on this very convincing black surface! I will use this as a reference for my future Projects on Nightfighters!

A real joy to look at! I like how the original camouflage comes through in patches here and there.

Thanks a lot mates 👍
I like it to reproduce realistic weathering on a model. In the case of the Blenheim, this was a particularly attractive challenge for me.

The Blenheim from Airfix was built almost completely oob using a few accessories and a few detail improvements in the interior. For the night fighter I used one of the marking options from the kit. My main focus during the build was on a realistic black paint job, as the paint on the original aircraft was very worn, as photos impressively show. For this I mainly used paints from Tamiya.
