Oh yah. Beautiful dio, Mate. Great work alround 👍
Only not sure about the low contrast of the white frame. Just MHO 🤔

Another great WW II scene: realistic, detailed and dynamic. Tanks and tankers look good in every aspect.

Really nice pair of Shermans, love the diorama.hiw did you find the Meng kit? I'm looking to put a Sherman on my list as born again modeller!

Thanks all mates for your nice comments!
@ brianireland: the Meng kits are really amazing, lots of detail and perfect fit. The only thing to know is that the workable tracks require quite a lot of work, but the result is very nice. I recommend.
@ Rui: you're right, probably not the best choice, I hadn't really realized it before

Awesome builds!
How did you manage to get the tracks together properly? (I've got the TS-043 kit)
I seem unable to properly build them with the provided wire, they just fall apart 🙁
It's probably my noobishness, so got any tips? 🙂

Hi Peter, I had to try a number of approaches to find the best one. So here it is: first thing is to use extra thin glue to glue the track shoes halves together so you don't fill the tiny holes, then carefully insert the wire, cut it at the right length and apply a little drop of CA glue at each end, and let it dry a bit. But be careful then not to glue the shoes to the jig! After a number of iterations, you'll find it's not that difficult! It must be that Meng got some comments on it, because for the M4A3E2 they provide iron axles instead of the wire making it a bit easier. But in the end, it's worth the effort!

Thanks for the tip! I've ordered a backup set from Bronco just in case I mess up to many links 😄
Good move from MENG to add the axles instead of the wire.
