thx Cuajete. This was a long lasting build. I am happy that I could bring it from the desk to the shelf finally. 🙂
It was my test bed for paint trials as I tried a new brand of colours.

Did you rescribe the panel lines or work with the raised lines? I will be doing this old frog soon. Were there any issues with the kit?

Thx gents.
@Skywalker: no rescribing....I started the kit 10 years ago, semi-finished it and than it moved out of sight. When I restarted it couple weeks ago I decided to do some exercises on paint application - so no extra efforts on my 10 year old glueing.
Issues: old kit = less details, raised panellines; but: there are deep lines at the ailerons (way too deep I would think - its a "gutter"😢. Fit was quite okay - less sanding and filling required.
Take care when fitting the air inlet to the fuselage. They do not match perfect. The ring is really a ring but the fuselage is oval. So there is a small step in the transition of the two parts that might catch someone's eye.
