Ju-87 G-2 Hasegawa
Hase did not do a nice job with this.
Lots of putty on the nose...
and belly...
but OK, it's a 20th century sprue.
Canopy and propeller fitting test
@Björn, the big ones on the way
Decals on!
Some weathering and panel lines.
But I will go one step further still...
What if the winter camo applied to Rudel's airplane goes heavily weathered?
Notice: no chipping liquid was used for this weathering. A blend Ammo Matt White and Ammo Washable White (1:1) was used, and washed out just with brush and water
After some oils... the overall aspect is enhanced...
with some additional panel lines and weathering.
Contours of the original white spots are still visible; the splinter camo is noticed in some areas but faded with the white patina
Nice but unarmed!
And finally, after 366 days since start of the project, oficially finished.
