Thanks guys! I'm taking a day off today. I will go back tomorrow after i check down the back of the couch and under it for any extra money i can find for the swap n smell.... oops i mean swap and sell! I was pretty good only got 3 kits! Well and some decals and some books and a resin set for the EC-121H Warning Star and some new release decals from DEKL'S for a aussie L39 called "Blank Czech" and the RAAF P-8A Poseidon. 🙂

Thanks Kerry!🙂 Well i said i wasn't gonna buy anything much.... Well i kinda got some real bargains! Umm yea, I've just added a photo of what i got today. I going to have to join "C-135 anonymous" I have a bit of fetish for these i think ? 🙂 Not sure what I'll do with a couple of them yet? Only one kit in this pile was more than $20aud, In fact the AMtech EC-135N/E Snoopy was "forced" on me by the same guy that sold me the NKC-135A Laser Lab and the RC-135V kits for wail for it.... $10aud!!! Well he didn't want to have to take it home... All the parts are there. Only the Airfix Canberra is missing parts (the main wheels are missing) I'll get aftermarket resin ones. Most of the other kits were $10 or $5 each. Even the Academy B-29 was only $10aud It's missing instructions and decals fantastic for me, I have other kits and plenty of aftermarket decals i wasn't 'going to use the kit decals anyway. Both the F/A-18F and the F-35A came with bonus RAAF aftermarket decals too! So in all a good day! Kerry next year you might want to drive that van down and load it up for yourself! 🙂 If you get anytime between your fantastic builds!

Every time I go to am Expo here in Brisbane (Ipswich now) I always come away with a swag of stuff I just couldn't afford, but that's just what we do hey. :-/
I usually take a van each year as it's ideal for kipping out while it's all going on around me. 🙂
Lst year I discovered MiniArt Kits from the Ukraine and I am just stoked in how well detailed they are. The kits you bought. Were they from "Model Nerds".? As I always see them offer some amazing deals for the second hand and not so well looked after kits they acquire, like I picked up a photo etching outfit for $10.00 a couple of years back and I am still to have a crack at it, but,
at least have one. 🙂

No i didn't enter anything, I don't care much for trophies. I'd rather save the room for models! No nothing here came from the former Model Nerds... Now called Sprue Finders! 🙂 I don't care much for the condition of the boxes either as long as the kits are o.k. I don't mind missing instructions or decals as half the time i use aftermarket decals too! This year there was around 250+ people lining up for the swap n sell. I'm not sure much was sold from the retail dealers this year as the prices seem sky high for some of the new stuff! I wait a couple of years or so and pick up the newer items then at the swap n sells. I've picked up a couple of Airfix Valiants for between $30 and $40 bucks in the last few months. I really need to spend more time building than buying! 🙂
