very nice work, is the zimmerit self-made? Nice colors and the snow and is discoloration is one of the most realistic I've seen. Could you tell more about it?

Thanks a lot Bart! 🙂
The Zimmerit is made from Milliput, the pattern was made with a small screwdriver. Almost like the real thing. I'll add anther picture of it before it was painted.
The snow was made with some railway modelling product, I don't remember the brand. It gave me a lot of trouble, I had to make about 3-4 layers of snow until I was happy. The earth was simply made from brown pigments sprinkled onto the areas that would get dirty.

Great model, Philipp!👍 I admire people who make their Zimmerit on their own.

Thanks again Ulf!
Rui, the Revell kit is the old Dragon/Gunze kit. It's not perfect but it's definitely one of their better kits from that time. If you can get it cheap, do it 🙂 I have a second one, I'll turn it into a late L/48 kit some day.

Hi Philipp, Thx for the information and opinion. I've got it (a bargain), in my stash already.😉 I was wondering about the fit...🙂

Fit is about perfect, at least I didn't encounter any problems. I replaced the front fenders on mine because the hinges are oversized, but that's all.
