My contribution to the groupbuild, although it´s started, I´ll need probably pretty much the same time as with an unstarted kit, as I need to clean up the whole build...
The engine might be the hardest part, as the pattafix I used for masking got old over the years and is now real pain to remove from the tiny ribs of the cilinders... but again what learned 😉

wrong, wrong, wrong, 1:35 is the only true scale, the rest ist just toys 😉 😛
So far I learned my lesson, never leave the masking stuff on for more than a month, and never never for years... the stuff changed it´s caracteristics and soaked in the cooling ribs...

It was, I left the engine in a water-soap-alcohol bath... after two weeks the water and the masking stuff were both almost gone ...

Album info
Bought this kit in 2010 or 2011 for about 3 EUR, after watching a documetary on the sinking of the Bismark. Sadly though you can only build the two-, not the tree-seater as on the boxart.
But as there was almost no interior given, I decided to give the conversion a try.
Somehow I screwed up the paintjob, the quite bad engineering and old moulding did the last thing, so without further demasking I put everything again in it´s box and dug it in my stash...
