Also this is a good one! 👍 I'm surprised how good the Dragon figures fit in. The tracks - ok, you can't expect more for such an old kit. When I built that one, I used a thin thread to pull it down. One end knotted to the axle of the second road wheel, the other end to the tracks. Once pulled down you don't see the thread and the tracks have a fine sag like the real thing.

Thanks Frank. Figures had to have some fitting, especially the gunner.

I have tried the hot air method to get track sag, but melted one track in a conspicuous place, so I got to change them anyway. The sprockets are problem too, they have nothing to do with real ones. So getting aftermarket tracks on them would be challenging.

That crew turned out nice, if you can still find the AFV club tracks and wheels set it has some convincing "rubber band" tracks, better sprockets and nicer wheels.

I love the position of the mashinegunner. He´s holding the gun as it is teached to be in exercises!

Thanks for all comments.

I have two 251's in my stash, but I would rather use them in my further projects. This Tamiya kit has been rather training exercise for me, so I won't bother with it to much.
