This will be interesting...
Cockpit finished, nothing fancy
Considering the age of this kit I'm very pleased with the overall fit - there were only some minor gaps.
RLM76 for the underside
Painted the bare metal panels
For the camo on the upper side I will use RLM74 and 75 instead of the RLM82 suggested by the manual. Also did my usual wild preshading.
My first serious attempt to create the mottling camo on a 109.

★ Starfish ★This is only my second model in 1/48 after the Eurofighter Typhoon Black Jack. The kit dates back to 1979 - as you can see molded on the horizontal stabiliser... It consists of only 40 parts and served me as a test subject to practice painting techniques, especially mottling. More to come soon!
