The prices for new kits are going crazy!

Every year I take my excess kits to a local hobby store for their big Fall sale...they sell them to people for 1/10 the original cost and it is all pure profit for the store...yes, kits are expensive so we may need to give some away.

So why give these kits away? You can build them later.
Ok, my stash is still growing and full, but the plastic doesn't change with time. Only the decals might become critical in the long run. I hope I can build them all. If not, the rest will go in the trash, maybe the models too. But I don't care about that.

I am guilty of having too big a stash and collecting rather than building. My stash would take decades to build at the rate I work.

So, every year I choose some that will never be built (example...how many Spitfires do I really need?) and give them away.
